9/7/2017: Defendant Granted Summary Judgment on Liability

Lina’s motion pre-discovery for summary judgment on the issue of liability was granted to our client who was operating the middle car in a three car accident.  The motion was based upon video evidence of the accident and affidavits showing no negligence on the part of our client.  The court ruled in our favor and dismissed the plaintiff’s complaint against our client.  Jackson v.
