10/29/2018 – Verdict for the Defense on the Issue of Liability

On October 29, 2018, Lina secured a defense verdict on the issue of liability.  In Rodriguez v. Liberty Lines Transit, Inc., pending in Civil Court Bronx County, the plaintiff claimed that she fell while exiting a bus.  She claimed multiple soft tissue injuries to various parts of her body.

After a unified trial, the jury found that our client was not responsible for causing the accident and rendered a defense verdict on liability.
