Tom Keane

Tom Keane secured a defense verdict for our client on the issue of liability on March 31, 2015 in this multi-vehicle accident.  Sion v. Redican, Supreme Court Rockland County, Index No. 717/2011.  Published in the New York Jury Verdict Review & Analysis, Vol. 32, Issue 4, April 2015 p. 13-14.

This case involved a four vehicle chain reaction collision on the Palisades Parkway involving three motorcycles and our client’s SUV.  The question was whether our client changed lanes causing the accident or whether the lead motorcycle was traveling too closely behind him.  All of the three plaintiffs sustained significant injuries as a result of the accident, one of whom suffered catastrophic injuries.  The jury found our client was not negligent for causing the accident.
